Meditation is very handy for adapting to challenging situations.
Through the practice of meditation, there are certain changes that happen in the mind. One of the most important changes is that you become master of your mind.
Self-realization is one of those phrases that we hear on the spiritual path that goes in one ear and out the other. We don’t give it much thought, yet it’s at the very heart of EVERYTHING.
In the six-and-a-half weeks prior to our interview, Robbins traveled to more than 15 countries. Brazil, Panama, Scotland, Russia, Serbia, Australia and Fiji were only some of the stops on his list. He motivated, advised and coached tens of thousands of people.
