Ethan Nichtern is a Buddhist author, yogi, musician, and teacher of meditation and Buddhist psychology around the world. He has studied in the Shambhala and other Tibetan traditions, as well as Theravadan and Soto Zen Buddhism. He taught for many years at the Shambhala Meditation Center of New York.
