Highly Sensitive People videos

Below are the best videos we could find on Highly Sensitive People.

Highly Sensitive Person, or HSP, is a term coined by Elaine and Arthur Aron in the 1990s to describe people who experience unusually deep mental, emotional, and physical responses to life. HSPs report having increased sensitivity to noise, pain, hunger, light, temperature, crowds, relationship interactions in social settings, and/or other stimuli, presenting them with ongoing challenges. They often react to things emotionally and cry easily as deep feelings are processed. HSPs are often blamed with “oversensitivity,” but they have great strengths. They are often empathetic, intuitive, creative, passionate, and have highly perceptive observational insights. While many highly sensitive persons are also introverts or empathic, this is not true for all.
