Longevity, or the length of our lifespans, is influenced by our genetics, our environment, our lifestyle choices, and our attitudes. We can’t change our genetics; we may be able to change our environment; we can definitely change our lifestyles and attitudes if longevity is what we are after. The search for eternal life has been hypothesized about around the world for millenia, and researches from many cultures have long studied ways in which we can sustain and lengthen our lives. We’ve started gathering valuable information on this topic, but haven’t yet curated the findings.
