Habits of Mind

When we say we have a “bad” or “good” attitude, it has to do with how we’re automatically framing the circumstances for ourselves. Our habits of mind have direct impact on our moods, physical responses, and mental acuity, and spiritual teachers and scientists alike have studied how these thought patterns can be learned, adapted, and changed to enhance our ability to solve problems and live a more optimistic, pleasurable, and healthy life.
